Clearwater Cove RV Resort near Tullahoma, TN

I've been staying here since September 2025. Seen different management. There's laundry on site, game area, pool, showers, can park boats/trailers or extra cars. When the place is full it can be bustling but we all have our own quiet area if needed. Management is working on making it more kid friendly with separate playing areas. There's community events where we all join in. Quiet hours are established so people who work early can get sleep. I came to the area for work but have enjoyed the scenery, friendliness, and community.

We stayed there while selling our house. Very nice people. The camp site was very clean and nice amenities.

Great park to stay at! Owners were great and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location!

Very friendly hosts! Some spots have nice view of lake. Lots of long term rentals. We were lucky and got a premium spot – #24. Pool and cool barn with lots of free games and laundry facilities (only $1.50 per load). Be careful navigating there if your rig is tall – our diesel pusher hit several low hanging branches on a narrow, windy road and we took the "good" route. Call to get the best directions. A really beautiful area!

The people working this resort were so kind and accommodating. They allowed us to come into our campsite in the very late hours in the morning after being stuck in unexpected traffic on our way down from NY that put us hours behind our ETA. The resort itself is beautiful. The bathrooms were immaculate. Wish my group and I had more time to enjoy it. Highly recommend this campground!! Thank you!

We had a very peaceful stay at Clearwater Cove! The concrete parking pads were awesome and easy to get level on. While the spaces aren’t huge (we stayed at site 25 which had a great view of the lake!), it still felt like plenty of room to put out our usual set-up and we were able to park the truck to create a privacy wall of sorts, so it felt super private and cozy! It seemed like the park is mainly long-term renters who leave their rig in their spot and come back on weekends/for vacations, so while the park seemed very full, there were only a few guests actually on-site. The guests that were present were friendly and respectful. The pool was very nice (though they could definitely use new and additional pool chairs), the game room and laundry area were great additional amenities, and the host, Susan, was very helpful and kind. We appreciated the complimentary trash pick-up in the morning and evenings (we don’t come across this often!) and enjoyed having relatively easy access to the lake down below. We love fishing and were hoping the lake would be closer because the Google Maps view looked like it would be just a quick walk from our site to the edge of the water, but when we arrived we realized the park is on much higher land with the lake down below a steep grade which requires walking around and down the road to access. This didn’t change our experience of the park itself, but just something to note for anyone who might be looking for reviews that mention lake accessibility from the park! We’re only two months into our full-time journey but Clearwater Cove was definitely one of our favorite stays so far. Thank you to Susan and the Clearwater Cove team for a great experience!

Awesome place to be at definitely would stay there again

This RV park out beats the previous one we were at in South Pittsburgh! No dirt roads, no dead trees, no dust flying everywhere, its absolutely stunning! Please give this RV park a try, you won't regret it !!!! no pine needles everywhere, no rude staff, and most importantly the owners are absolutely amazing! They go out of their way to help you and they live on site!!! Pool, bathrooms, showers, laundry room (new) pool table, games and nice neighbors 😀 👍 😄

Clearwater has some of the friendliest hosts we have ever had at a campground. The bathrooms are always fully stocked and CLEAN. The security they have for the bathhouse is amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars for this campground I would .

Management was amazing and easy to work with. My wife and I Was traveling to Florida over spring break. We stopped in for two days to tour some distilleries and visit The local university. Campsite and grounds were well kept and we had a beautiful large site. Overseeing the lake.
